Cancelation & No show POLICY

We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our appointment policy:

• Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service value.
   
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service value.
   
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service value as a non-refundable fee.
   
• Cancellation Fee: All cancellations, regardless of notice, will incur a $4 processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.
